the staff proved helpful and accommodating. i really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond. the hotel was clean, and its upkeep was noticeable. it was a short walk from the cadet metro station and very close to gare du nord (i used these).

i also think it's more of a boutique hotel than a true five-star. (but that's just me.)
